Abetted Hands Health Agency is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. As an HHA, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a higher quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Providing light housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

• Offering companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and recreational activities.

• Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.

• Assisting clients with prescribed exercises and physical therapy routines, as needed.

• Helping clients with mobility, including walking, transferring, and using assistive devices.

• Ensuring client safety and adhering to all Abloom Health Care policies and procedures.

• Documenting client care and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.

• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
